Vote Rick Erickson for Cape Coral Mayor

I’m running for mayor because Cape Coral residents are being ignored and forced to bear the cost of decisions that benefit developers and special interests. Trust in our local government has eroded, and families are feeling the strain. After more than 32 years serving in US Army Components and retiring as a Special Forces Sergeant Major, I know how to lead, solve problems, and fight for the people beside me, and now that fight is here at home.

 

I’m stepping forward to restore accountability, ease the financial burden on families, and put power back in the hands of residents by cutting unnecessary fees and fixing broken processes. Most importantly, I will ensure every citizen is heard, respected, and represented, because this city belongs to its people.

Rick is a father, decorated soldier, Green Beret, Army Ranger, 32-year veteran, and now ready to serve Cape Coral as your next Mayor.

My Oath Never Expires

I will work everyday to restore power to the people and reduce the financial burden they are carrying. That means cutting unnecessary fees, streamlining broken permitting processes, and addressing the infrastructure strains that are driving costs higher.

 

Above all, I will ensure residents have a real voice in their government again and that their concerns are heard, respected, and acted on.
